Options beyond the standard spec are itemized in your quote — and we beat any written competitor quote by up to 10%.
Pricing is by size, not by sport: a 3-inch medal runs about $2.50 each at 100 units for any race — larger sizes slightly more, smaller sizes less, and same-size medals start at the same price. Design and proofs are quoted with your order. New designs carry a one-time mold fee (generally around $100, depending on size); reorders of the same design never pay it again. Specialty builds — spinners, moving parts, oversized cutouts — can add to the per-medal cost.

Why do hats cost more than other race swag?
Embroidery and construction — a hat is a manufactured garment, not a printed blank. At $6.50–$8.50 by quantity it is also the item with the longest visible life, which is why races treat hats as sold merch as often as free swag.
Can we sell hats instead of giving them away?
Most races do both: gift finisher colorways, sell the standard at the expo for $20–25. The margin usually funds the entire swag budget.
What logo works best for embroidery?
Bold shapes and 3+ pt lettering. Fine gradients and tiny text stitch poorly — we flag issues at the digitizing step and propose an embroidery-friendly version.
