Packet pickup kits
We can co-pack totes with bibs and shirts so pickup day is grab-and-go instead of an assembly line.
CUSTOM RACE GEAR
Packet-pickup totes your sponsors fight to be printed on.

Every packet pickup needs a bag, so make the bag work: a printed tote carries your race brand through the grocery store for years, at a per-unit cost lower than almost anything else you hand out. Non-woven polypropylene is the race-day standard; cotton canvas is the upgrade finishers keep.
Totes are also the easiest sponsor sell on the table — a logo on 2,000 reusable bags is a line item sponsors understand instantly, and it usually pays for the totes twice over.
VOLUME PRICING
Per-unit pricing for our standard spec. Proofs and two edit rounds are included at every tier.
| Quantity | Price per unit |
|---|---|
| 100–249 | $2.75 |
| 250–499 | $2.45 |
| 500–999 | $2.15 |
| 1,000+ | $1.95 |
Options beyond the standard spec are itemized in your quote — and we beat any written competitor quote by up to 10%.
Pricing is by size, not by sport: a 3-inch medal runs about $2.50 each at 100 units for any race — larger sizes slightly more, smaller sizes less, and same-size medals start at the same price. Design and proofs are quoted with your order. New designs carry a one-time mold fee (generally around $100, depending on size); reorders of the same design never pay it again. Specialty builds — spinners, moving parts, oversized cutouts — can add to the per-medal cost.
DESIGN IDEAS
We can co-pack totes with bibs and shirts so pickup day is grab-and-go instead of an assembly line.
One face for your race art, one face gridded for sponsors — the classic that keeps everyone happy.
A new colorway each year turns totes into the series merchandise people notice at the start line.
Drawstring packs fit kids and double as school bags — the highest after-race usage of any bag style.
Non-woven polypropylene with a 1-color print — $1.95 per bag at 1,000+ units. It is the standard for packet pickup at races of every size.
For finisher gifts and VIP packets, yes — canvas reads as merchandise, not packaging, and gets years of reuse. Many races order non-woven for pickup and a small canvas run for volunteers and VIPs.
Up until production starts. We hold tote art open longer than medal molds precisely because late sponsors are common — tell us your sponsor deadline and we will schedule around it.

Bundle gear with your medal order for one design cycle, one shipment, and better freight — or quote it on its own. Pricing back within 48 hours.
