CUSTOM RACE MEDALS
A working opener cast into the back — the finisher medal that earns its keep.

A bottle opener medal hides a working opener in the casting — a slot in the design or a shaped edge on the back — so the finisher hardware gets used every weekend for years. For beer runs, brewery series, and Oktoberfest events, it is less a medal than a membership card.
The opener adds only $0.40 per medal because it is mostly geometry, not a part: we shape the slot into the die itself. Same metal, same finishes, one more reason the medal never lands in a drawer.
VOLUME PRICING

|---|---|
| 100–249 | $2.90 |

| 500–999 | $2.25 |

Options beyond the standard spec are itemized in your quote — and we beat any written competitor quote by up to 10%. See the full race medal pricing guide.
Pricing is by size, not by sport: a 3-inch medal runs about $2.50 each at 100 units for any race — larger sizes slightly more, smaller sizes less, and same-size medals start at the same price. Design and proofs are quoted with your order. New designs carry a one-time mold fee (generally around $100, depending on size); reorders of the same design never pay it again. Specialty builds — spinners, moving parts, oversized cutouts — can add to the per-medal cost.
DESIGN IDEAS

The opener as the design — a keg, growler, or grain-stalk silhouette whose negative space does the work.
Your race on the face, the partner brewery on the opener side. Breweries often sponsor the whole order.

Only a little — the opener back adds $0.40 per medal over a standard build, so a 3-inch opener medal runs $2.90 at 100 units and $1.95 at 1,000+, plus the standard one-time mold fee ($100).
Yes — die-cast zinc alloy at our thickness takes caps without bending. We test the slot geometry on real bottles at the sample stage before your run casts.
Opener plus glow enamel and opener plus spinner are both common combos. The opener lives in the mold, so it stacks with any finish or mechanism.
